The Elders work together to give oversight to all the ministries of NLBC and are thankful for all those who make ministry such a joy.
Dan Sargent
Pastor & Lead Elder
Dan has served as the Lead Elder and Pastor at NLBC since 2021. He has a passion for preaching and teaching God's Word and seeing God work in our church, community and around the world. He also takes an active role in discipling others with the hope of seeing more Kingdom workers raised up.

Derek Postema
Elder & Treasurer
Derek serves as an elder and the church treasurer. He also acts as the greeter each Sunday, using his warm smile to welcome all who come through our doors to the church. As treasurer he faithfully stewards the church's finances to ensure the work of ministry goes forward.
Jim Browning
Elder & AV Team
Jim serves as an elder, as well as in multiple ministries. He uses his gifts to teach and preach, as well as his gift for music and technology to manage audio engineering for the worship team and livestream.
Dan Leonovich
Elder, Youth Group Director, & AV Team
Dan serves as an elder, director of the youth group, and a member of the AV Team. He uses his gifts to teach the Youth Group , and further church technology. He also has a heart for men's ministry and global outreach.
Bob Jablonski
Elder & Global Outreach Co-Chair
Bob serves an elder and the co-chair of the Global outreach team with his wife Linda. He uses his gifts to help NLBC build up and support outreach workers domestically and internationally.
Tim Hunting
Elder & Worship Team
Tim serves as an elder and a member of the Praise Team. He uses his gifts to glorify the Lord through song, and to help oversee the various ministries of the church.
